To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dd disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33dd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Upon closure, any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and processing requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.
